We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused and unopened

• It must be returned in its original packaging

• The seal and bottle must be intact

Products that have been used, tested, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible.

2. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving the order

• Exchange is allowed for the same or higher value product

• Any price difference must be paid by the customer
